All About Speech, LLC is a unique and dynamic speech-language pathology practice budding with innovation, professionalism, and most of all, a commitment to helping our clients. At our core, our experienced and passionate therapists believe in focusing on our clients’ strengths to treat a variety of diagnoses and disorders. Our therapeutic approach is guided by evidence-based research, principles, honor, value, and of course, a lot of fun!

These three powerful words have been a philosophy we’ve been determined to maintain throughout our many years of service. We do this by focusing on discovering the most suitable learning style and tailoring it to fit each child. Doing so enables a child to reach his or her full potential. We encourage interests and celebrate individuality during the entire learning process.
Through learning comes growth, which is why building on children’s strengths, supporting them through challenges and empowering them and their families is an absolute priority. From there, we can watch them succeed and enjoy the life they deserve.
Meet the Founder
Sandy Dorsey is a licensed Speech-Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). For over 15 years, Sandy has provided diagnostic and therapeutic services to wide-ranging populations, from early intervention to work with high school students as well as adults with developmental disabilities and residents of skilled nursing facilities/rehabilitation centers.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Howard University and a Masters of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Sandy firmly believes that no two clients are the same; therefore, she takes the time to ensure that personalized needs and circumstances are accurately assessed for each client. She develops customized treatment plans and therapy programs for each individual, and provides the highest quality of services and care.
Sandy is also an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In her spare time, Sandy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, reading, music, and developing her culinary skills.
